This is a beautiful May wedding, Polinesian style. It is a three stacked wedding cake. It will serve aprox. 105-115 people. The square shape gives it a nice modern touch, topped off with a satin look of fondant, covering each layer. It is flavored with chocolate cake and rasberry filling!
